All prices include the visit and return travel.

30-Minute Drop-in Visit: £17.50

1-Hour Drop-in Visit: £35.00

Pet Transport (Vet/Emergency): £35.00 per hour

Weddings & Special Events: £35.00 per hour
Note on Care: I am the primary carer for your pets, and my partner assists me when needed. Please note we do not offer overnight stays.
Payment & Cancellations

Confirmation: Payment is required 72 hours before the start of the booking to secure your slot.

Cancellations: Full refunds are given for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking starts.

Late Bookings: A £35 late booking fee applies to requests made under 72 hours' notice.

Holiday Surcharge: A £10 daily charge applies on Public & Bank Holidays, and during the festive period (24th December to 3rd January).

CCTV Policy: For privacy and operational reasons, I am unable to provide services in homes utilizing active inside or outside CCTV monitoring.

Cat Care Setup (The "One Plus One" Rule):

Water & Feeding: One station per cat, plus one extra.

Scratching: One scratching station per cat, plus one extra.

Spare Equipment: Spare feeding bowls.

Litter Trays: One tray per cat, plus one extra.

Tray Size Guideline: Trays must be 1.5x the size of your largest cat (e.g., L 30" x W 20" / 75cm x 40cm)
